A. Preparation
It is recommended to pour the concrete preferably by leaving joints in the form of anos, placing it by vibration and finishing with a wooden trowel. Wait until the carrier concrete is walkable. C25-C35 dosed concrete with sufficient compressive strength and at least 10 cm thickness should be used to form a solid ground. Make sure that there is no excess water on the surface. Concrete is ready for surface hardener application when there is a 0.5-1.5 cm deep footprint when the concrete surface is stepped on.
B.Application
After the concrete casting process is completed, 2/3 of the material is applied to the fresh concrete surface by sprinkling homogeneously at the stage when it reaches the consistency to form a footprint. After waiting for a while, it is ensured that it settles into the concrete by disk finishing. Then, in the second stage, the remaining 1/3 of the material is sprinkled on the fresh concrete surface. The finishing process is continued until the surface becomes flat and smooth by disk finishing again. After rough polishing, fine polishing should be started and the surface smoothness should be ensured with high speed helicopter metal polishing blades until the desired brightness is reached. After the concrete gains strength, joints should be formed by cutting the anodes and these joints should be filled with suitable filling material. During the application, direct sunlight, heat, rain and wind will affect the setting reactions of the concrete.
