Surface Preparation:

Surfaces must be clean, smooth, sound, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent and similar materials and wastes that prevent adhesion. Surfaces must be level,
Cement slurry and weak parts must be removed. Absorbent surfaces should be pre-wetted, but no puddles or drops of water should remain.

Product Preparation and Application:

Put 6,4 – 6,8 liters of clean, clear water taken from normal ambient temperature into a clean container. Pour 20 kg of powdered material into the container filled with water. Mix the product with a low speed mixer until a homogeneous
mixture without lumps is obtained. Mixing time should be minimum 5 minutes.
The mortar obtained at the end of the process should be rested for 5 minutes and mixed again for 1 minute until it becomes homogeneous. The prepared mortar is scraped onto the concrete surface with a steel trowel. Then the amount required for leveling is applied to the surface. Applications with a wall thickness thicker than 2 mm should be made in layers
