Surface Preparation:
Surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid and free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. and similar adhesion inhibiting substances and wastes. Parts
must be removed. Rust on the reinforcement must be cleaned and new reinforcement must be added if necessary. Do not apply on frozen, salt and lime vomited surfaces. For applications on absorbent surfaces, concrete and existing screed, application should be started 24
hours after priming with Primer B.
Product Preparation and Application:
Pour 2.6 – 3.5L of clean, clear water taken from normal ambient temperature into the concrete mixer or bucket. Slowly pour 25 kg C30 Concrete in powder form and mix until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained
. Mixing time should be minimum 5 minutes. After the material reacts, water should not be added and mixed again. Fresh concrete should be applied immediately within the shortest time
after mixing, and segregation should be prevented while being transported to the application point by crane, wheelbarrow or pipe. Falling heights exceeding one meter should be avoided. The applied concrete should be spread, compacted and polished with a trowel or other suitable hand tools according to its consistency. Before application on old concrete and screed surfaces, the surface must be primed with Primer B to increase adhesion adherence. After application, the surface should be covered to protect it from harsh weather conditions and cured with water for one week.
