• It is applied indoors and outdoors on exposed concrete, gas concrete, brick, pumice, briquette wall and ceiling surfaces.

Preparation

The surface to be applied should be cleaned of factors that will prevent adhesion such as dust, paint and mold oil and the floor should be wetted. Before plastering, the surface should be saturated with water depending on the temperature of the air. On surfaces with high water absorbency such as aerated concrete, pre-spreading should be done at least 72 hours before application. On exposed concrete surfaces with surface smoothness and gloss, pre-spreading should be performed together with the surface primer.

Application

40 kg powdered Machine Plaster is added into 9-10 liters of clean water and mixed in the spraying machine and then sprayed on the surface to be applied. Application thickness should be between 1-2,5cm in a single coat. If the thickness is more than 2,5cm, the second coat application should be done after the first coat has fully set. The second coat application should be max. 2,5cm thick. Corner profiles should be used to prevent corner breakage. The machine plaster sprayed in horizontal strips between the two anodes should be gauged with special aluminum gauge profiles. After the plaster hardens sufficiently, the surface should be trimmed and the surface application is finished with the help of a damp sponge.
