It is a ready-to-use mortar used for filling joint gaps of 2-6 mm for tiles, ceramics, marble, granite, and glass mosaics on horizontal and vertical surfaces, indoors and outdoors, in swimming pools, and on commercial and industrial floors exposed to heavy foot traffic. It is resistant to movements such as shrinkage and vibration caused by temperature differences.

PREPARATION

Before starting the application, the surface and the joint gaps of the tiles must be cleaned of agents that prevent adhesion, such as dust, oil, and paraffin.

APPLICATION

20 kg of Barkim Flex Joint Filler should be poured slowly into 6.5-7 liters of clean water and mixed with a low-speed mixer until free of lumps and air bubbles. The mortar should rest for 5 minutes, then be mixed for another 30 seconds before starting the application. The application thickness must be between 2 mm and 8 mm.
