Surface-Mold Preparation:

The surface must be clean, smooth, solid and free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent and similar materials and wastes that prevent adhesion. The mold must be wetted before application.

Material Preparation:

Pour 5-5.25 L for Gray and 5.5-6 L for White and Pearl into a clean container with clean water that has been rested at room temperature, preferably at 20°C for 1 – 2 days. Then pour the powder material into the container and mix the mixture with a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. The mortar obtained at the end of the process should be poured into the molds within maximum 1 minute. The mortar should be poured into the concrete pot molds with a high, thin and slow flow. Tapping the mold with your fingertips during pouring will help to expel air bubbles for smoother surfaces.
