Surface Preparation:

All surfaces to be applied must be cleaned from substances that prevent adhesion such as dirt, dust and oil. If there is any defect on the application surface, it should be repaired with BARKİMOR repair mortar. Moisten the surface with water before application.

Material Preparation:

Pour 2.5 kg of liquid component into a clean container, slowly pour 5 kg of powder component on it and mix with a low speed mixer (400-600 rpm) for about 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After the mixing process is finished, it is left to rest for 5 minutes. At the end of 5 minutes, a pre-mixing is done again and the application is started with the help of a brush or trowel.

Application Details:
BARKİTEKS ULTRA, which is well mixed and rested on the water-saturated surface without losing its moisture, is applied to the surface with a brush or trowel. After the first setting of the material, the 2nd coat is applied in the vertical direction of the 1st coat application. If desired, carrier glass fiber or mesh can be used as reinforcement between coats.
