A. Preparation

Surfaces must be clean, smooth, sound, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent and similar adhesion inhibiting substances and wastes. Surfaces must be level, weak parts must be removed. Absorbent surfaces should be primed with Primer B beforehand and application should be started after complete drying.

B. Application

Pour 5.5 – 6 liters of clean, clear water taken from normal ambient temperature into a clean container. Slowly pour 25 kg Barkimor Rapid into the container filled with water. Mix with a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. The prepared mortar should be consumed within 10 minutes. After the material has reacted, it should not be used by adding water again.
