Bariol Thermal Insulation Board Plaster

Barkim Bariol is an easy-to-apply powder mixture with high adhesion and stretching ability as well as high stability used for plastering thermal insulation plates such as polystyrene foam, rock wool, etc.

Application

Surface Preparation

The surface must be solid and clean. Materials such as dust, dirt, oil and paint that will prevent the material from adhering to the surface must be removed.

Application

Pour 5.4 – 6.2 liters of water into a clean container. Slowly pour 25 kg of powder material on it. With the help of a suitable mixer, continue mixing until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. After letting it rest for 5 minutes, a final mixing is done and the application is started. Apply a thin layer on the surface with the flat surface of the trowel. Then, the bonding process is realized by making teeth with a notched trowel.
