Application

A. Preparation

Surfaces must be clean, smooth, and sound, free from all types of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold release agents, detergents, and similar adhesion-inhibiting substances and residues. Surfaces must be level, and weak parts should be removed. Absorbent and glossy surfaces should be primed with a suitable primer. If there are cracks or cavities in the floor or wall to be bonded, they should be repaired with appropriate BARKİMOR repair mortars. Bonding should begin 3-4 days later.

B. Application

25 kg of Promax C2 TE S2 White Granite and Ceramic Adhesive should be slowly poured into 6-6.5 liters of clean, clear water in a clean container and mixed with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous consistency without lumps is obtained. After the mortar rests for 5 minutes, it should be mixed again for 1 minute before application. The prepared mortar is spread onto the surface with a trowel of appropriate tooth size. The cladding materials (ceramics, tiles, etc.) should be adhered to the troweled mortar within 30 minutes. If this time has passed, the mortar should be scraped off the surface and claddings. New mortar should be prepared and applied. Grouting should begin at least 24 hours later.
