Surface Preparation

The surface to be applied must be cleaned of foreign substances that reduce adherence, such as oil, dust, and dirt. Tie rods, wooden wedges, segregation areas, and cold joint zones must be repaired with BARKİMOR repair mortar. Care must be taken to ensure the application surface is dry and sound.

Preparation of the Mixture

Liquid material is placed in a container at a 1/1 ratio (water/latex). Approximately 3.5 kg of water and 3.5 kg of latex are used for 25 kg of dry material. The powder product is poured slowly onto the liquid and mixed with a suitable mixer until free of lumps. After resting for 5 minutes, it is mixed for another 30 seconds before starting the application.
